  7. This archive contains patch files for all Luminus V0.2 executables to bring
  8. them up-to-date to V0.21.  These fix a very serious bug in the program that
  9. was causing Enforcer hits.  Also included is the freely distributable SAS/C
  10. 6.56 'spatch' utility, which you use to apply the patches.  Follow these
  11. steps to apply the patch.
  12.  
  13. 1.  Unarchive the Luminus patch archive to a directory, and move the files
  14.     'spatch' and the appropriate patch file for the executable you are
  15.     using.  Be careful to use the proper patch file!
  16.  
  17. 2.  Open a Shell window and change directory to where your Luminus execut-
  18.     able is kept.
  19.  
  20. 3.  Type in the following:

  22.     spatch Luminus
  23.  
  24. 4.  The patch utility should generate the new executable called
  25.     'Luminus.new'.  Delete the old Luminus executable, and rename this one
  26.     to 'Luminus'.
